Lost/Stolen Cards

The only locations where students can make purchases without having their card verified by a cashier is through our vending machines and laundry facilities. Therefore, it is important to report your card lost or stolen as soon as you realize it is missing. You can do so in one of three ways:

  • Visit the AllCampus Office in person or by phone at 515-3090 Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
  • Go to the University Dining website or this site. Complete the form, and your account will be frozen immediately.
  • Notify the cashier any University Dining dining hall, quick-service eatery, café or C-Store. He or she can freeze your account.

If your AllCampus card is linked to your Wachovia account, notify them of your lost/stolen card by calling 800-WACHOVIA (922-4684).

University Dining assumes responsibility for money spent from AllCampus system AFTER the card is reported lost or stolen.

A replacement ID card can be made at the AllCampus Office during regular business hours. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost and stolen cards.

As an added level of security, there is a $10 per day limit on spending in vending machines to limit unauthorized use until a card is report lost or stolen.
