Who Gets an ID?

  1. The AllCampus office issues identification cards to the following segments of the campus population. Both are loaded into the AllCampus system via downloads from Registration and Records and the PeopleSoft system:

    • Currently registered NCSU students
    • Currently employed NCSU faculty and staff

  2. ID cards are issued to NCSU employees not paid by the University, visiting scholars, visiting professors, Encore program members, NCSU affiliates and guests of the University by written request approved by a Dean or Vice-Chancellor.
  3. Gym Access photo ID cards are issued to household members of NCSU students, faculty or staff who pay a fee to use the gym facilities.
  4. Non-photo conference/guest cards are issued to summer conference groups and special programs requiring access to University services without being issued a Student or Faculty/Staff ID.
  5. There is no fee for the first NCSU ID card for students, faculty/staff and other authorized users. There is a $15 fee for replacement cards. There is a $5.00 fee for gym access photo ID's.
  6. AllCampus cards can be used for meal plans, debit card applications at Dining locations, the Bookstore, Telecommunications, select vending machines and Laundry facilities. In addition, the card allows access to the Gym, authorizes issue of athletic tickets to students, and verifies enrollment at Health Services. A second stripe on the card allows it to be used in the library copier card program.
