Special ID Requests

Individuals who are neither enrolled nor employed at NCSU may receive an ID card by permission of their affiliated department or division by request only.

Requests for these cards must be submitted in writing with the signature of the Dean or Department Head. It must list the individual's full name, the affiliation to the university and the date on which the ID card should expire.
