Lost/Stolen Cards

With the addition of card readers on vending machines, it is more important than ever for students to be able to report lost cards during evening and weekend hours when the AllCampus Office is closed. To assist with this process, we are taking the following steps:

  • Students can report lost cards via the AllCampus Office in person or by phone at 515-3090 Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • During evening and weekend hours, students may report lost cards on the University Dining website or this site. The account will be frozen immediately.
  • Lastly, we have programmed all of the readers in University Dining locations so that students may go to any dining location that is open and report their card lost.

Those students who have chosen to link their AllCampus Card to their Wachovia account must also notify Wachovia in the event of a lost or stolen card by calling 800-WACHOVIA (922-4684).

University Dining assumes responsibility for money spent from AllCampus system AFTER the card is reported lost or stolen.

Students will then need to get a replacement ID card from the AllCampus Office during regular business hours. There is a $15 replacement fee for lost and stolen cards.

As an added level of security, there is a $10 per day limit on spending in vending machines to limit unauthorized use until a card is report lost or stolen.
