The AllCampus Debit Account
Your AllCampus ID card is essential for things like gaining access to the gym and campus events, but it can also function as a debit card for making campus purchases, such as doing your laundry, making bookstore purchases, getting something to eat, and even buying tickets to events.
Simply make a deposit into your account, then present your AllCampus card at participating locations. The purchase amount is debited from your balance, which is displayed on the cash register screen with each purchase.
Secure. . . and accepted all over campus
The AllCampus debit account is widely accepted on the NCSU campus to make purchases at numerous locations including dining halls and eateries, vending machines, the NCSU Bookstore, laundry machines, the Transportation Department and Ticket Central. You can even by food at Carter-Finley football games!
Your AllCampus card bears your photo, so no one else can use it. If you report your card missing, your account is frozen immediately and you will be issued a new card. A small processing fee is charged for replacement cards and for closing inactive accounts.
A Great Way to Manage Campus Expenses
No need to carry cash or a credit card; money deposited to the AllCampus account is dedicated to on-campus use and is secure from loss or theft via our web-based account access system.
This means you can reserve funds in the AllCampus account for the basic needs of campus living without the worry of finding an ATM machine, carrying cash, or separating campus expenses from other credit card expenses.
AllCampus is a free service to all NC State students, faculty and staff. There is never an access charge, even if you make dozens of purchases a day. Your money is transferable from one academic year to the next, and if you close your account, the balance of your money is refunded.
The AllCampus Account remains active until the money is all spent or the account is closed at which time a refund is issued.
We offer a web-based account management tool that allows you to check your balance, review account activity, and protect your account instantly if you card is lost or stolen.
AllCampus is accepted at the following locations:
- The NCSU Bookstores: Purchase textbooks, school supplies and sundries as well as all sorts of collegiate clothing and paraphernalia to show your Pack pride!
- University Dining: If you're not on a meal plan but still want to enjoy the convenience of eating on campus, you can use AllCampus at all University Dining locations, including the C-Stores.
- Residence Hall Laundry Facilities: No need to scrounge for quarters on laundry day. Just swipe your card in the reader at the washers or dryers, and you are ready to go.
- Parking Services: You can even pay parking fees through your AllCampus account.
- Vending: No change needed! You can swipe your card and make a selection at many of our on-campus vending machines.
- Ticket Central: You can purchase tickets to many campus events using your AllCampus account.
- Home Football Games at Carter-Finley Stadium: New for 2009-2010! Use your AllCampus account to purchase concessions.
