That is, if you take advantage of NC State's AllCampus Network.

The AllCampus Account is widely accepted on the NCSU campus to make purchases at numerous locations including dining halls and eateries, vending machines, the NCSU Bookstore, vending machines, laundry machines, the Transportation Department and Ticket Central. Students or parents may deposit any amount they choose into a secure AllCampus Account. This frees the student from worrying about carrying cash on campus or having adequate funds in their checking account. Money deposited to the AllCampus Account is dedicated to on campus use and is secure from loss or theft via our web based account access system.

This means you can reserve funds in the AllCampus Account for the basic needs of campus living without the worry of finding an ATM machine or carrying cash.

The most important benefit, AllCampus is a free service to all NC State students. There is never an access charge, even if you make dozens of purchases a day. Your money is transferable from one academic year to the next, and if you close your account, the balance of your money is refunded.

The AllCampus Account remains active until the money is all spent or the account is closed at which time a refund is issued.
